Memberships
The RHL offers two (2) membership plans, Rostered Member and Alternate Member. The description of both memberships are described below. Please read through these completely before choosing your membership type when registering.
Rostered Member
All RHL players must register with the RHL prior to participating in any games.
Registration includes completing a membership contract / payment agreement and the appropriate waiver and registration forms along with the following fees as set for the 2010-2011 season, effective July 16th, 2010;
RHL Administration fee; $80.00 (Due at time of signing)
Seasons League Dues plus registration fee;
Rostered player $1076.00 (Due at time of signing unless using the payment option below)
Total Due $1076.00 = $80.00 + $996.00
The first months payment of the league fees plus registration fee ;( If not paying the seasons fees in there entirety)
Rostered player $83.00 per month for 12 months
Total due at signing $163.00 = $80.00 + $83.00
Persons signing up after the date of August 31st and using the payment option will use the payment scale at the bottom:
This membership includes 46 season plus playoffs games and 1 RHL designated summer drop in per week.
Any person who is delinquent on their payments is NOT eligible for the RHL designated summer drop in.
All RHL players must be members of USA Hockey.
Each individual member is responsible for signing up with USA Hockey and paying the appropriate fee.
You may sign up online at the USA hockey website.
Each individual player is also responsible for providing proof of USA Hockey membership to the RHL upon registration and at any time any official requests evidence of registration.
No person will be permitted to participate in any RHL game without having provided evidence of USA Hockey membership to the RHL 72 hours prior to the game they are participating in.
Each individual player is also responsible for paying the season's membership fees by the applicable due date.
Any player that does not keep their payments current and up to date will be suspended and will not be allowed to participate in any RHL functions, including games, playoffs and / or summer RHL Drop In until they are caught up on their payments.
Any individual who has an outstanding balance owed for prior seasons to the RHL, PSAHA, Puget Sound Hockey Center or Tacoma Hockey Club or any of its affiliate organizations will not be permitted to register with the RHL until these debts are paid in full.
Any individual who is determined to be in not good standing with USA Hockey will not be permitted to register with the RHL until clearing up their status with USA Hockey
Nontransferable: All memberships are nontransferable.
Members Right to Cancel: A) Death or disability; upon death or total disability of the member the member may cancel the agreement by giving written notice to “The Club”, at the members cost. B) Relocation; The member may cancel the membership of he/she moves to a permanent residence or to a location more than twenty-five (25) miles or more from “The Club” or any of “The Club’s” other locations and this agreement extend for more than one (1) year and the member cancels after one (1) year of signing the agreement. However, if the member lived more than twenty-five (25) miles form the club at the time this membership agreement was signed, the member may not cancel unless he/she moves an additional five (5) miles or more from “The Club” or any of it’s locations. “The Club” reserves the right to require reasonable evidence of such relocation. Refund: If the member cancels the membership agreement by relocation his/her permanent residence as set forth immediately above, the initiation/membership fee is non-refundable and any amount of the initiation/membership fee
Alternate Member
All RHL players must register with the RHL prior to participating in
any games.
Registration includes completing a membership contract / payment agreement and the appropriate waiver and registration forms along with the following fees as set for the 2009-2010 season, effective July 26th, 2009;
RHL Administration fee; $80.00 (Due at time of signing)
Seasons League Dues plus registration fee;
Alternate player $740.00 (Due at time of signing unless using the
payment option below)
Total Due $740.00 = $80.00 + $660.00
The first months payment of the league fees plus registration
fee ;( If not paying the seasons fees in there entirety)
Alternate player $55.00 per month for 12 months
Total due at signing $135.00 = $80.00 + $55.00
Persons signing up after the date of
August 31st
and using the
payment option will use the following payment option:
(# of months remaining in billing cycle * $55.00— first
months payment) = amount due billable (Membership
fee + $80.00—amount due billable) = Due at signing
This Membership is only available until there are less than 24
games
available in the current season. After that point you will be signed
up as a full time member under the payment scale for full time
members signing up after the date of
August 31st.
This membership includes
0-24
games. Additional games are $30.00 each.
RHL designated summer drop in is available for this membership at
$15.00 per time drop in fee.
