Appeals

Appeals may be filed to the RHL according to bylaw 10 of the USA Hockey 2008-2009 Annual Guide.

Appeals to playing rules and referee calls are not permitted and will not be heard.

Appeals should be filed with the league in accordance with bylaw 10 of USA Hockey 2008-2009 Annual Guide and submitted in writing to
